Diving in

Welcome to my first blog post! During the COVID-19 pandemic, I'm extremely fortunate to receive a little extra time to work on my book, The Arch Crusade. I'm still in the drafting phase, but I'll periodically post status updates about it. I've also gotten a little spare time to do some fun shenanigans like setting up this website and my social media accounts.

One thing to note is that I'm an art enthusiast, so I love commissioning concept art for my book. I'll be periodically posting the pieces I've commissioned to the gallery portion of the website (once that gets up-and-running). In addition to visual art, I love music too, so I've commissioned a few musicians to orchestrate concept music as well. When those pieces are ready, they'll likely live over on my YouTube channel (user K. M. Hogenson). I'll provide the artists' and musicians' information, so you can check them out if you like their work. The image I've attached to this post is by the Fiverr artist, erickvargas583. After a few minor tweaks, I decided that there wasn't a place I could use it as concept art, but I enjoyed the image, so I wanted to share it. That's all for now, stay safe everybody!
